Wall and floor lamps with power cords decorated by colorful beads
Be-jeweled Lighting.

Designed by Italian philosopher, artist, and industrial designer Andrea Anastasio for Foscarini, Filo reflects his 12-year sojourn in India. Inspired by the Rani Haar, a traditional royal necklace featuring long, multi‑tiered gold strands bedecked with pearls, rubies, and emeralds, the once-utilitarian electrical cord unexpectedly takes center stage as the lamp’s decorative focal point. Filo is available as a floor lamp or a wall sconce in multiple colors.

The white conical porcelain lampshade acts as a quiet counterpoint, casting a soft glow over the ornamental beads below. The floor lamp’s 300 cm (118”) cord and 152 cm (60”) post come in various color combinations. A 4W G9 LED bulb (3000K, 400 lumens) is included.
